The Future of Identity

An exclusive conference on the future of e-Identity, e-Government, and Blockchain brings together thought leaders from around the world in the country pioneering e-Identity and e-Government for two days of discussion panels, round tables, and workshops, and a Blockchain and Identity Hackathon.

Highlights include a tour of Estonia’s e-Government, high level networking, a focus on discussion and interaction over keynotes and speeches. Panellists include the international Advisory Group to Estonia’s e-Residency program, global experts in the policy, tech, and business aspects of Digital Identity.

The Conference takes place in Tallinn, one of Europe’s most beautiful medieval old towns, in one of the world’s most connected countries.

Who should attend?

This event is for thought leaders working in digital identity and e-government. We are convening a unique group of people from around the world to further the work being done on e-Identity, to explore the future, and to see e-Identity in action as part of Estonia’s e-Government services. You should attend if you want to meet the people leading this sector at a small event designed around discussion, sharing ideas, and learning, with a focus on delegates having time to meet, talk, and connect. This is also an opportunity to meet the team delivering e-Government in Estonia, the world leader.

The program will feature panels on general topics, followed by breakout round table discussions on sub topics selected by the delegates – thought leaders developing ideas in groups, rather than an audience listening to presentations. Each Panel Discussion will be followed by discussion groups.

The third day features a hackathon run by Blockchain experts Trent McConaghy and Juan Benet, and will run from 9am-8pm. The Hackathon is open to conference delegates to come and hack, or attend the closing event to see what others hacked. Topics will be around Blockchain and Identity, with a focus on Estonia.
